Enter your current password, new password, and then verify your new password by entering it again. Remember your password in detail because it is case sensitive and must be typed in exactly the same way every time. Should you forget your password, please call your distributor.
Response Time Slow Why is the system so slow? The system can slow down for various reasons. If you are connecting over a normal dial-up modem connection, the speed is limited by the speed of your phone line. A DSL or cable modem can greatly increase your response time. Please contact your distributor.

Another potential source for slow response could be the Internet - over which your order travels. Response time will vary directly with the volume of traffic on the Internet.

Returns How do I process returns on TurboParts? Returns cannot be processed via TurboParts. However, returns can be viewed through Order History – Invoiced Returns.
Screen Settings I’d like to see the whole screen while I’m ordering. This is a setting change. On your desktop bottom bar, click on Start, Settings, Display, Settings Tab – At the Screen Area box, scroll the pointer until it reads 1024 x 768. This will make everything smaller, but you’ll be able to see much more of the screen. For long orders, you may still need to scroll down to view all.

If you are sharing a phone line between your computer and your fax, it is possible for the internet to be disconnected each time a fax is sent or received.

You may have a telephone line with a great deal of "noise". This affects your connection. Your local phone company can help you with this issue. You may wish to consider DSL if it is available in your area.
